I've been staying at the hotel for 2 weeks and for the most part the staff has been accommodating but the quality of the hotel and the execution of service is not good. we will never return and I think its important to make the next patron aware. I went BACK to the concierge, and security which did not assist and it took us 25 mins to get our car, he took a picture of the drivers license with his celphone before he would give us the keys, I think its worth mentioning we are African Americans and there were very few there and I believe that played a major roll in how we were treated. He continued to ask for license and registration even after we told him we did not have registration because it was a rental car. We left out around 6am we used valet our entire stay, upon checking out we were asked for license and registration?, We left the ticket in the car and we had not had an issue for 3 days prior and we had a set code they requested upon the first drop off so that should not have been an issue. Someone set their trash outside there door and it was their all day, our Tv did not work, and we were treated horribly on the last day, upon checking out Monday morning 5/8/23 I was told if, 'I had that many issues, I would never come back' by the only present concierge. I went on a girl's trip with 4 other friends, my room was not cleaned the entire weekend, 2 of the other rooms were but they were in executive suites.
